In this interview, Eva talks about her path to understanding the important connections between mind and body through the emotions resulting in her book, The Love Response. She has sought out the differences between a body that can fight a pathogen and one that cannot, between one prone to illness and one prone to health. She found that the key factor in stopping and reversing disease, maintaining health, and improving rather than deteriorating with age is the giving and receiving of love and affection.

2. it's nice to see mainstream

health providers promoting spiritual practices for health. I read the doctor's website and can't help but wonder what makes her version better than others, though.

Wish I were in a different situation right now, so I could investigate further. Hopefully in a few months, after the coming transition...

5. I don't know

if it's "better". She is quite delightful on the interview video. You can get a lot just from watching it. Also, the meditation pods I posted might be of benefit.

eta: She ties the physiological into the mind. The fear response is PHYSICAL. We can use the mind to bring the body system back to homeostasis. etc... I thought of something her interview GAVE me, but now I can't remember! Obviously my memory hasn't improved to the degree I would like x(

to remind myself to make choices based on love, not fear.

6. I witnessed a demonstration when a Silva Grad

They dimmed the lights somewhat and one of the teachers stood in a corner and focused on LOVE.
His aura, which I can never normally see, became bright and stood out all around him.
This was in a room I was extremely familiar with and there was no way for someone to stand behind him and his hands were visible.

Again, the message was LOVE and how it manifests, so your post resonates with me and and I appreciate the post.
