TEXARKANA, Texas — A federal grand jury has indicted an Arkansas man of stealing items from the Red River Army Depot.

Jody Wilson, 50, of Ashdown, Ark., faces two counts of public property. The grand jury’s indictment accuses Wilson of stealing a 40-foot flatbed trailer and various tools and supplies from the depot last year.

If convicted, Wilson faces up to 10 years in a federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000 for each count.

An arraignment date has not been set.
