My husband is a vet who wants to use his state va benefits for
a state va mortgage. We were told their is no money. Does anyone know about this?

3. What is a state VA benefit? Does your state have a separate benefit for vets?
When I applied for a loan all I needed was a form from the VA that I qualified then it was up to me to obtain a mortgage.

4. We were in the process of working with a mortgage lender.
He said he could help us out and what sounded like a sure deal and some final signing of paper work turned into a no deal because of no money for state va loans.
