Last night we watched that documentary, Helicopter Wars, again on cable.
Have any of you seen it on American TV? About the guys who flew the Hueys, supposed to be kept for VIPs, to extricate their comrades from a Vietcong batallion that encircled them. The rotors had to chop bamboo branches, so it was touch and go if they would be able to fly out. One of the choppers was unarmed.
