Any of you a parent/caregiver with a non-atheist partner? |
|
I am, and it's becoming somewhat of an issue now that our daughter is 5...and my partner's mother is becoming more fundie in her old age. I am an atheist, but my partner is a non-church-going, non-believing Luthern. Got it?

My ex-wife is an occasional church goer, but her family is very fundy. My daughter left here a skeptic/atheist (at age 12), but I'm worried she's going to be brainwashed back.

First wife turned religious after we divorced and my kids had to go to church. I let them deal with it but did not change my anti-religious habits either.

3. My partner is an atheist who was married to a fundie for about six years |
|
Let's just say he was a lot more tolerant of her beliefs than she was of his.
