I thought I would stop into the internets and see if there is actually any other news on.

Particularly since in GD the sentiment seems to be that broadcasting an entire R.C. Mass is "news" and is part and parcel of covering the Pope's death.

I haven't watched TV news in a couple of weeks, thanks to the Schaivo circus, so I can make it a while longer.

Thousands of people more vibrant than Schaivo and more holy (in my eyes) than the pope are dying every day. But the media can't be bothered with them.
