said that now Kerry's blown his chance at 2008, because he acted so unpresidential. What!?! The Liar-in-Chief acts like a total nin-com-poop and is much, much more insulting in his speeches, not to mention DUMB, and that's okay??
Sorry for the rant! Touched a nerve.

5. I saw that comment on 360 on CNN. I think this is what they are |

hoping for. It hit a nerve with me also. I wrote Anderson and gave him my opinion on this whole issue. This was a swift boat attack and it is unbelievable that Dem's and some pundits wanted him to just apologize and shut up. Seems he can do nothing right for some of them. He he let this alone, the repubs would have had a field day with it. They really don't care if he apologizes. They would ignore it and run with it any way. What, they didn't like his comments about Snow or Limbaugh? The Repubs were trying to play him up as being unhinged too. Oh, it is ok for Chaney to tell someone f*ck you and for Bush to be campaigning while he should be consecrating on the two wars he got us into. Real leadership there. I really believe what we witnessed was an all out attack to get rid of Kerry on the right and some on the left jumping on board to help finish him off.
I hope these Repubs go down in flames.

6. An apology would be worse! |
|
This has nothing to do with 2006! It has everything to do with Iraq. They may be trying to take him out of the post election debate. Imagine the alternatives! http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20061101/pl_afp/usvotepolitics_061101000930

7. What about the future? |
|
Though it's too early, there are media pundits that are saying this hurts his image with local dems and "kills" his presidential chances for 08.

9. They love a story, and anything to keep it going. |

I was disappointed that even Gergen was saying that Kerry should apologize in order to make the story go away. How can you apologize for something you didn't do.
