Just a quick hello and to say my hubby got to stand on stage with Bill Clinton today!

Of course he wasn't the only one but still it was great fun and I got a hug! I think he actually might remember me! I hope the Party took great pix because mine are lousey ! But that man can sure talk! He mesmerized a crowd of what they tell me was more than 5000 people! We weren't "important " enough to really get to speak to him privately but it was still a real honor.And it was so wonderful to hear that crowd shouting, we love you Bill!

Since you're a Clinton fan, you might like this video - I didn't get to go to this, but it seems Bill was OUTSTANDING at an event he did on October 5 with my congressional candidate Joe Sestak. You can watch it here:

Edit to add: I'm listening / watching it now, for like the 5th time, and this is the best speech I remember hearing from Clinton in a while. He's always good I guess, but he was ON in this one.

Congratulations!!! I read somewhere that the GOP has officially given up on Weldon. You must be feeling pretty good, and it's wonderful that all that hard work reaped such a great reward.

I figure the more races they "give up on" the fishier it will look if suddenly all those dead-in-the-water repukes start losing.

But I tease him and say Bill likes me best! But Bill did shake hands with my husband 3 times ! Does that equal my hug? And I didn't wear a beret!
