1. Is there some way it can be confirmed that copies of the prepared

speech were handed out to the press ahead of time, so all they had to do is confirm what he said, but didn't do it?

2. Do you think that will do any good at this point?

It seems to me like this is 'beating a dead horse.' Everyone already knows that this was a low-rent hit job and people are admitting that, now that the sh*tstorm has passed.

I think this is good for historical purposes and to have any future accuracy checks, but I think this is going to be passed over.

3. I was considering making it a point in some of my defense of

Senator Kerry and perhaps refer to this fact in a letter to the editor. I live in an area that gets a lot of twisted news, and I wanted to back up my claim of the smear. It really bothers me that some people are still thinking he attacked the intelligence of the troops. Or, maybe it is has something also to do with my daughter's car being egged and her windshield cracked. You know, I can't prove anything, but it is suspect in my mind, considering where I live.

7. Been asking that for a while

I don't find it in my email but I don't always get them, or I might have deleted it. They usually only send out the really 'big' speeches, so it might not have gone out.

It would also be nice to have a timeline of how many times he told this joke in the past.
