I alerted this morning twice and alerted again this evening. I do not understand why this thread is not locked.

" I like him but he is not made to be candidate" from people who are supporting another candidate. If they thought he was done, why would they feel necessary to pile like that.

6. I liked your posts - pointing out that there appeared to be no changes |

In fact there were pro-JK people I hadn't seen before. (and some anti-JK names I didn't recognize.) I have also seen more strong negative Hillary posts.
I think everyone realizes Kerry is not anti-military, except those who still can't accept his Vietnam testimony. They never will accept that Kerry was reporting what was said - which was what he was actually asked to speak about. I think he saw the joke went pretty flat, but there is no way he could have figured out how it would be spun. So, it would be unlikely he would correct it. The timeline is not as bad as they suggest.
The biggest thing to overcome is the reputation as error prone - but he had 3 nearly flawless debates. As the other candidates are high lighted they will make errors too. The problem is you either have to stay rigidly to a script (like Edwards does) or risk making mistakes.
The good thing is that none of this impacts the perception of his intelligence or character. The Lockhart comments are really really good -iMO, they describe Kerry as a serious policy person, of sterling character and a bad politician - which gets back to what you say people want. That Lockhart was saying it almost as a negative makes it more believable.
