I guess this makes it clear Obama wants to run. If not, it could probably rallye behind one of the 50 other plans.

and see who influences him. He didn't back K/F, either because he disagreed or wanted to stay more mainstream. It will be interesting to see where he comes out.

It was similar to the Oct 05 plan from Kerry, with troops in rear garnison and everything. It went totally ignored, except that Richard Cohen wrote an editorial on election day saying how boring she was.
It will be interesting to see if he gets more buzz. Everybody has forgotten than Obama has already presented a plan about one year ago. His plan was a "Biden like" plan at the time, which explains why he got no buzz.
