Help Wanted, good organizational skills, attention to detail needed

Hi good people!

We need to start seriously figuring out who is coming to Boston, when they are coming and how many hotel rooms we have and if we need to book one more.

We also have to prepare for a major speech this Sat, that as far as I know is still going to happen, even if no e-mail has gone out yet announcing same.

So, I was wondering. Could someone collect, via PM, the names of who is coming to Boston and what hotel room they are staying in. Could people PM someone with the following info:

Hotel room under my name
I have such and such staying in my room
I am arriving in Boston either Sat or Sun

I have a lot on the plate right now. I really need to get my head back into some geeky stuff for that speech and I am deeply afraid I will shortchange the other objective. So, I am asking for help.

I want the info so I can sort by who has the hotel rooms and sort by arrival times. I think that people might find that useful. (As well as, later on, the cell phone numbers and so forth of who is coming and so forth. It made last year easier.)

2. Do they assign room numbers before you check in?

If we get all the names that we are registered under, maybe we could ask the hotel now if they could assign us to the same floor/wing - as they often do for weddings, bnai mitzvah, family reunions etc. (If they can't the list you are talking of may need to be made as we check in.)
