He is about 10 minutes in.

I will look for a transcript.

The intro said to just 'google' Kerry for his bio:

"Kerry gets up and says, "If you do Google me, press the delete for last week, okay?"

He sounds a little better, but looks a bit tired.

1. Thanks. Listening now.
Jokes down to self deprecating ones. Excellent.

2. Well, I listened to the whole thing.
It seems that Sen. Kerry has a long history with India, and really wants them to be a big ally to the U.S., especially in the war on terror.

What also struck me, is that no matter what we do it'll be a risk. This India agreement is a risk, but there is also a guarantee that they will be on board with us, and have shown in the past that they were responsible with the nuclear technology (not sharing it with others). Not going forward with the agreement is also a risk, with no guarantee results would be any better.

I understand why The Economist is against the agreement, but that posits that we've been consistent with the NPT in the past. We have not, and everything I've read says that the NPT is not very meaningful anymore and needs to be revamped.

I view India as being like a European country to us -- they are special, and will get special treatment. Will Iran and others complain? Oh, yes. But they've been cheating the whole time, well before this India treaty.
