3. I heard part of the CNN interview

where he spoke of making speeches on foreign policy since he was on the SFRC. I think he's interesting, but I have never found him a key player on the committee - Kerry, Feingold, Boxer seem the leading edge on Iraq (and Biden - who's going in a diggerent direction. Dodd is much stronger too.
