It's time for another one of these - what kind of Kerry Worshipper are you?

A couple years (!) ago, I posted a poll in this forum asking you to define what kind of Kerry worshipper you are. It seems appropriate, since so many new Acolytes of the Faith have joined since then, to repeat the poll. Our Master must know in exactly what manner we worship His Eternal Holiness.

So:

I haven't decided which kind of Worshipper I am yet. I'm kinda split between being a thug and a High Priestess.

6. I worship at the anti-corruption, open government altar - Kerry just happened to show up

there long ago and stayed on and fought the most corrupt.

He does have some friends in that - the late Henry Gonzalez, the late Joe Moakley, and the very much alive Henry Waxman, Barbara Boxer, John Conyers, and Dennis Kucinich.

and the sweetest, nicest human being on the planet. (Cookie? Chocolate? Policy Argument?) I am a real Mom type and would never, oh never, purposefully start a fight or anything. I prefer the subtle method of burrowing into an argument and pursuing it with decorum, as befits the way of my people. (Seriously, everyone knows that Boston and environs thereof are filled with us reserved, aloof and gentlemanly or gentle-womanly types, right? I am, of course, of that type.)

Unless you hit my funny bone. In that case, all bets are off.

(Ahm, I decided I am a cross between a Kerry Quaker and a Kerry UU actually. I have to wait for the spirit to move me to speak and I think I also worship coffee. We play Small Business Committee hearings at my services, btw. It's very cerebral for a Church but very wonky as well.)

Occasionally I am forced to encounter a type known colloquially as 'the friggin bastids.' I have generally found that they only respond to like minded arguments and am therefore forced, against my will, to, ahm, mix it up, open my logical fallacies wiki and take the gloves off, so to speak. Alas. It is not my preferred way of doing things, but even us High Priestesses have to do untoward things from time to time. Every so often, you just have to say, "Bite me!"

I'm anti death penalty, don't go to church, can't lift my leg to teeth level, not smart enough to be a robot, so that leaves the sycophant. I always liked that word anyway :-)

not sure what it means exactly but the high priest(ess) thing seemed like a good thing to be. It was either that or thug, but since I'm a kinda non confrontational kind of person I opted for the high priest.
