I enjoy seeing all kinds of appearances by potential candidates. I watched Wes Clark with great interest this morning on C-SPAN.

Elizabeth Edwards was live blogging yesterday on Blue NC, and she said there was one mother at the same public school where Emma Claire and Jack attends, and the woman often sees Elizabeth there when picking up the kids. She said that the mother was a big W supporter and had bumper stickers, even now some new ones, that still that try to inflict insult upon the Kerry-Edwards campaign. The new one, just in the past couple of weeks: Not Fonda Kerry. Elizabeth said the woman did it to be offensive to her (EE), but Elizabeth found it pathetic, and couldn't believe why she would do that except to be obnoxious.

2. That is awful. You know, she's a mother just like everybody else

I saw this very scary car in my area with that bumper sticker "Not Fonda Kerry". They tend to have POW/MIA stuff, too.

But the fact that this is a mother of children who goes to school with EE's children. Well the woman lacks tact.

Hey -- I saw JE on C-SPAN last weekend, and I swear I was listening to the Vice President of the United States (NOT to be confused with Dick Cheney). He was talking about Iraq and he just sounded like he was still teamed up with Kerry. It makes me sad all over again that they lost and are now "split up".
