Need some info - JK on plight of Afghan women

I have to go back to work - this is about the plight of women in Afghanistan. I am sure JK has spoken about this, but I don't have time to look it up.

I posted the info about his SJ Res 34, which would help, but doesn't directly address how these conditions affect women. Yet I would be surprised if JK hasn't spoken directly about it at some point.

Anyone who has that info, please post to the thread.
