I have a new and very chatty temp in the office. I keep having to take the headphones off to answer small questions. That makes it hard to follow this hearing. Arrrgggghhhhh!

2. I have no idea what is being said

It's just one of those days. Interruption central. I have heard a grand total of two minutes of this and I have no idea what was said, cuz it had no context. Sigh!

3. Menendez tells them

that he doesn't support either one of them--if they do support someone the pres. nominates, then they get attacked by the adm.when they criticize policy. Good point. ("but you approved our nominee--how can you now undercut them??")

He started out by asking each of them who/what they took an oath of alliegence to--they said The Constitution. His point obvious.
