All this 2008 talk is getting depressing |

What happened to the 2006 elections? What happened to election reform? What happened to fighting an arrogant, dangerous, incompetent, criminal-in-chief? What happened to fighting for causes that matter like the economy, education, jobs, health care, environment, etc? Instead, it's just a bunch of talk about who the Dems should run and nominate in 2008, and Kerry bashing.
What so many don't realize is at the rate that Smirky and the country are going, whomever is nominated, (and hopefully win the presidency)is going to have a massive, I mean MASSIVE mess to clean up once Smirky leaves office.
Excuse my ranting Kerrycrats.

That's one of our concerns at John Kerry For America. We are trying to remove so much 2008 talk from the website, and get down to business. But even then, a little speculation is fine. But people are going overboard. Theres been little talk about 2006 here at DU, it seems all about '08.

I rarely visit the campaign 2006/2008 forum, but I think we are forgetting about fighting the real enemy, which is Bush. However, Kerry speculation is always ok with me. :)

3. People always want to know the King (or Queen) |

They get less interested in the rest of the court. The Dems don't have a real and offical 'Head of the Party' so there is constant speculation. Don't let it get to you.
The 2006 races will start to get in better focus in the fall. I do sense more energy this year, so I think the races will start to catch fire over the winter.

and election, move right along to the 2008 election and totally ignore 2006. I hope we all become a little more focused and united soon.
