So he supports the investigation, recount, etc. That's great to know and it appears people are still jumping on him? damned if you do, damned if you don't. :argh:, if we come out successful, I am gonna feel so great because I never really was pissed off at Kerry and knew that there was a way beyond despair.

3. it's not just that he supports it

he has intervened legally with the 'Glibs' - in Delaware County, where a judge put a restraining order on the recount in that county - b/c the judge thinks a recount is pointless since neither Cobb nor Badnarik can win the election.

So Kerry joined to defend Cobb/Badnarik - so that the judge has no reason to stop the recount. B/c if Kerry is joining to defend the recount - he DOES have a chance to win, so the judge has nothing to bitch about.
