and it came up, don't know why it didn't the first time.
Now about our man, what can I say, as Ginny says boy what America is missing. Oh and also, the heck with those naysayers in GD and GDP, looks to me like many people enjoy listening to Kerry speak. Boy would I love to sit down and have a beer  with him. Loved how he put the spending of 200 billion in Iraq when a fraction of that would help cure cancers, now that is a man of the people.

8. yep - you are correct - it was an idiotic popup blocker |
|
I did see it - Thanks so much for the link.
It was great - and the audience seemed to love him. It's good to hear that he's doing well. He was just so likable - I really don't see why anyone couldn't see it.

And it worked fine for me, even on dial up because my DSL is down right now. He looked so young and relaxed. What a difference to "Bush at the ranch"! ;-)

He just seemed so down to earth, a man of the people, and he really knows what he is talking about to because he went through it himself. Very inspirational.

13. I wonder if he knew the interviewer really well |
|
He seemed so at ease with him and they joked back and forth. He really did seem down to earth and very earnest when talking about the hope for better treatment.
I loved the little smile he had when he talked about diet and exercise. What surprised me was that he seemed comfotable talking about his own health. He certainly looks healthy.

14. yeah, that's what I meant-- a really nice guy |
|
I mean, he's a high-ranking U.S. Senator and all, ran for president, but you wouldn't guess it from this video. He's just a nice friendly guy who cares about a good cause--and not too high-and-mighty to talk about his health in the context of that cause. Richard and Rosemary Kerry raised him right, without a sense of entitlement, unlike some I could mention, but won't.
I'm assuming this is a local media person who he knows pretty well--anyway he was very at ease and this gives us a special look at the private side of JK. I hope Theresa knows how very lucky she is!

15. i remember he was always comfortable talking about it |
|
especially when he talked about health care. he would talk about how he was lucky to have it when he got prostate cancer and how everyone deserves that type of care.
i remember that joke during what i think was the florida state dem convention speech where it went something like "you may wonder whether a guy without a prostate can be president but we have had many republican president's without a heart". nobody was expecting him to say that and it was just really funny and the whole place broke out in laughter.
