That was very powerful and touching. It really gave a sense of the continuity of JK's life, and the "I will come back -- for you" theme was powerful. I liked your choice of images too. I've been thinking of doing a "Kerry's life" vid with Vietnam, Iran-Contra and BCCI too; mine (if I ever do it) would be different, not copycat, but I really liked how you did it, and was impressed with the stuff you found -- I learned some things. I liked those sections a lot because they really told a story.

I'm curious where you found a couple of the images -- can't help it, I'm always looking for stuff too. Did you just google intensively? That's how I found the stuff I used in "Bring Me To Life" -- hours of googling. I wonder if you'd mind telling me where to find (or sending me) a couple (or maybe 4 or 5) images.

I googled images. Also, Boston Globe has a pretty decent Kerry photo archive.

I am going to do another video, I think, on election fraud, but probably not for a couple weeks. It really does take some time, doesn't it?

BTW, I keep 'Bring me to Life' on my desktop, and play it often. Thanks again for that, it's really great.

It was fantastic! You and Noisy Dem are truly "grass roots filmmakers". (I think I just coined a term.) I think your efforts just help to prove the fact that Liberals in general are much more creative than Conservatives. (Just look at all of the Liberal actors, musicians, artists, etc.)

A couple more of these films and we could have a John Kerry film festival!

I'd love to have a JK vid-fest. I have an idea for another JK vid -- I too have been wanting to do something focusing on Vietnam, BCCI, Iran-Contra, etc., though I wouldn't want it to appear to rip off GV. I think it'd come out pretty different, though. *fingers crossed* Right this sec I don't have vidding software -- I did my first vid on the 30-day trial, and though I intend to buy the software, this month all my disposable income is going to kiteboarding lessons. Eventually, though. And I hope other people jump in too!

Thanks! It was really, really great!! I just realized that Kerry fought every Republican president the US had in the last 35 years. And non of them was an honest man.

Kerry definitely followed through with what he was talking about at the DC rally during the Vietnam protests in 1971: "This is not the struggle of one day, or one month, or one year, or of one war. It's a struggle and an effort and a sacrifice and a contribution which we make for the rest of our lives."
