This guy Delaugadio has a brother from my area, theyre really right wing especially on gay and abortion issues. God I would love to see Roberts if confirmed turn out to be a surprise so Bush will get scorned.

1. it might result in both sides pressuring Roberts to be more clear

on his views.

i do hope if he ends up on the court that he is at least moderate. i don't think we will be lucky enough to get another Souter. but we never know.

if it means a split within the Republican Party which is long lasting. especially if Rudy Giuliani makes a serious run for President.

i'm not getting too hopeful though. i'm just going to watch and see.
