Has anyone heard from GRLMGC?
Just worried about how she is making out in those awful floods in SoCal. I hope everything is okay with her and her family. (Geez and everyone else. That flooding is just awful.)

1. news footage is getting scary
I've got to call my brother who lives in Napa.
I talked to him Saturday and they were all just damned sick of the rain. Let's hope that's as bad as it got there.

2. I was wondering the same thing.
I know she posted a day or so ago and mentioned the rain, but I haven't seen anything since. Please check in with us GRLMGC if you get a chance to!

3. So Cal is fine
It's Northern Cal getting the floods. We did have some power grid failures in L.A. today for a few hours. Just getting back on line after about 6 hours without power.

not as bad as northern Cal but still something to be careful about. especially if you go out driving in the rain.

i did hear there will be no more rain for at least another week. personally i love the rain and cold weather, but it does make it tougher to do things, especially if you need to go out.

5. Well people don't know how to drive out here
In the rain. I've seen worse flooding in the L.A. area during the El Nino's a few years ago. Glad we're getting a break for a week.
