1.  Landrieu
Snowe, Kerry, Vitter, Landrieu Endorse Short-Term Steps to Immediately Aid Hurricane Victims

Kerry, Landrieu Ask SBA to Extend Deadline for Applicants for Disaster Loans

I just think it will be good to remind her how Kerry stood up for her in her time of need as the voice for the people of Nola.

2. Landrieu & Katrina
I think we should let her know that any time she wants the wrath of the grassroots to come down on Washington DC, all she has to do is ASK. We are as angry about the lack of help for Katrina as we are about Alito. Maybe if she knew she could depend on us to have her back too, it would change her tune a little bit.

Johnson, tribal money? Is he going to need some grassroots backup?

Snowe and Collins should do it just because they care about women's rights, including abortion and the family & medical leave act.

Don't know about the others.

5. I did remind her of that.
Told her Kerry stood with her during this.
Said something like - the Alito nomination would be a disaster for this country, but this is one disaster that we can prevent. But I said it better than that.
