Anyone else in the mood for a picture thread?

If not, I guess I'll just amuse myself. ;-)

Pakistan - USA - Politics - Former Presidential Candidate Kerry
Senator and former American Presidential candidate of Democratic party, John Kerry (c) is accompanied by U.S ambassador to Pakistan Ryan Crocker (L) as he visits earthquake survivors during his visit of Mehra camp in Shangla in North West Frontier Province. UNICEF said that protecting an estimated 1.6 million children from bitter winter cold and threat of related diseases such as pneumonia remains a "greatest challenge" for the relief agencies. The 7.6 magnitude quake on October 08, 2005 killed some 75,000 people and rendered over 3.5 million persons homeless while causing massive destruction in an area spreading over 28,000 square kilometers in Pakistan-administered Kashmir and Northwestern Frontier Province (NWFP).

10. Whome, that looks awfully familiar.
I wonder if that was an off-site in Gloucester. (Those painted silouettes ont the war are so colonial New England.) Sea Captain portraits? Hmmmm.

Love the pic. And no, I would answer the frickin question and try not to further piss the questioner off. Not good to make the Senator angry.

I thought some people here might get a kick out of this one....

This photo is a great example of John Kerry the environmental leader fighting for ANWR.

14. Thx for the pic of him at the ANWR rally -

The combination of Kerry speaking out about something I am extremely against.

That's why I still support this man, 99.9% of the time he speaks for me.

20. mine is Nafta/Cafta
I think that they turned out to be a nightmare for this country.

That said, If Kerry was in charge, things probably wouldn't have hurt us so badly.
Last week when doing laundry, just for the fun of it (gotta do something to entertain the brain while doing laundry) I looked at all of the labels from all of our clothes - Made in China, Philippines, Viet Nam, Mexico, you name it. All a few things from the USA. It really upsets me how nothing is made in the US anymore. Not only with clothing, everything. Seems like we got the short end of the stick on these trade agreements.

9. I know I asked a few months ago about a pic of rainbow above Kerry train
Edited on Sat May-20-06 10:20 AM by zann725
during '04 campaign. Someone posted one for me. Then my computer drive crashed a couple of months back, and ALL my JK photos (among other things) were "uncoverable."

Does anyone out there still have that pic? It's of the Kerry/Edwards "Stronger America" blue train with a rainbow above it as it travels across mid-America?

It would mean so much...as I try and 'recover' my recently lost favorite JK photos.

This is an awesome picture.

I love seeing pictures of him in front of the American flag.

He must have just watched a Bush speech

I am guessing from trees this was taken in Florida. It is a nice pic

Convention night

http://www.theage.com.au/ffximage/2004/07/30/w317_kerrryarms_wideweb__430x298,1.jpg

Here he is being a bad boy. Talking on the cell phone and no helmet

I call this the Fab Four

He needs a grandchild. Kids take to him.

For a guy who can’t reach people, he sure does draw a crowd.

I call this man versus moron.

17. That last pic, I'd subtitle, "The Man vs. the Carpetbagger"
I always felt the Debates truly 'constrasted' JK's Integrity, Integrity, Integrity...against Chimp's slumping, "Carpetbagging" lack of stature and 'character.'

The pic of JK on the bike, I'd subtitle, "The Man Who WON'T FALL DOWN on the Job."

Love them all.

Thanks to all! I now have lots more pics to replace those I lost in my hard drive crash a few months back.

Thanks truly.

I just returned home from a trip deep into the Heart of Redness (South Carolina) and I was in bad need of a good dose of Kerry hotness. Thanks to everyone for the photos!
