ISO 200, focal 10mm, f/5.6, 1/125 seconds, checkbook suckin' P-Filter. Post Processing: 1 click up on exposure bias, corrected shadow aberration, and tweaked white balance to reduce the intensity of the blue. :-( Bunch of other stuff I should have done because the late afternoon sun was really screwing with me here but I just didn’t have the time to futz with this anymore. 34. Cobalt Violet, that's a beautiful photo of the Sudbury Grist Mill.

We used to live north of that location, on Willis Road, if you know the area, near Rt. 117.

I miss Sudbury -- just found out that our Wayland dentist has moved to Florida.

35. I know that area pretty well.

I live near 117 closer to Stow and Bolton. It really is a nice area to live. Sudbury also has a lot of National Wildlife Preserves to go to.

36. The last year I was in Massachusetts (1997-98), I worked for Digital Equipment

Company -- before it merged with Compaq -- in Stow. Luckily, it was a very light winter -- just a couple of days were bad. My husband was already in Portland, OR and I was trying to maintain our house and work, while selling off our stuff through the Want Advertiser.

It was a pretty difficult time, but finally, the house was sold in January 1998, and we moved out officially on March 31, 1998. I remember because it was over 90 degrees that day, believe it or not!

We've been here together since April 4, 1998. Not sorry we left the harsh winter weather... it gets pretty tough when you're 50 plus.

Meanwhile, keep up that great photography hobby.
