..how to post your actual photos on DU? I know how to put them somewhere and post a link, but not how to make the picture itself show up in the post. I'd like to share some Alaska pictures, too.

1. To upload photos,

go to photobucket.com and open an account to upload pictures for free. When the pictures are uploaded, cut and paste the URL into your message. It's just like posting a link.
