Problems with Photobucket? Sizing?

In two different contests now, my pictures have come out smaller than other entries.

If you have your pix hosted on Photobucket, have you ever had problems with getting them sized correctly? They keep jacking around with the interface, can't seem to just launch an upgrade without retooling it a gazillion times. I'm kind of annoyed with them, and might switch my pix elsewhere. I have Photobucket premium, but wonder if it is worth paying the $$ for -- also they rejected acouple of my suggestive smilies that I had in my folder saying "this image violated our terms of service." Censorship. Ha!

I always size my photos in PhotoShop before uploading to Photobucket.

Although I tried to resize in my photo editor, my photo still came out to large even after using Photobucket to "help" with the resizing.

Because of this thread, it suddenly dawned on me what I had done incorrectly with my photo editor's resizing tool.
