Roadside attractions/ architecture
If you're like me, and every time your driving down the highway, something unusual catches your eye, and you just have to get out of the car and take a picture of it.

I found this on route 2a in Massachuseets...

A giant Indian sculpture, left behind from a previous age. It would probally be considered political incorrect to erect something like this these days...but this one still stand to this day.

Here's a more conventional view...

It stand before a used car dealership somewhere off of the beaten path...

Anyone else got any strange, landmarks like this where you come from?

1. Everyday I drove to Paris Ky. I would pass a small church in a quonsat
hut. Out front was this sign. At one time it was new and shiny, but over the years, nature beat it down. There's something sad about it.

3. Thanks Crisco.
I expecially like the last one. It reminds me of my home town.

Me, I particually like Diners and abandoned buildings.

Here's a couple I took up toward Woodstock New Hampshire over the summer...

I expecially like the second one "The Sunny Day Diner"...Ironic because it was raining that day...

4. Here's a Diner for You

This was on Route 22 (I think) near the NY/VT/MA tri-state border.

5. Awesome! Thanks...
There's a lot of great diners in the New England area...I am after all, not far away from Worcester MA which is the Diner capital of the world...

I'm going to have to drive down there someday and snag some pictures...
