The Last Snow Storm- dial-up warning!
In honor of the first day of spring I thought I'd post these pics I took a couple of weeks ago when we went to the mountains. This was probably the last heavy snow of the season. I felt lucky to be there.

And I agree about the last one. Very tough thing to get an emotionally resonant image with not a single animate thing in the photo, but you succeeded beautifully.

The first one is nice too, with the curve of the trees against the clouds.

Near Mt. Lassen. The second one is Deer Creek. It's more like a rushing rapids during the winter storms.
