Mmm-hmm, I think it was at Columbus Circle. As someone who only comes to New York occasionally, I still find the subway system somewhat daunting. I'm slowly getting the hang of it though.

4. Might be.
I was thinking 79th and Broadway because of the light coming from the overhead ventilation grill, which is also present elsewhere along the line.

5. I love the photo
Gotta say though, it looks entirely too familiar. Hasn't changed a bit since I was there riding it every day in the 70s.

I couldn't help but contrast Japan's train system to that of Manhattan and Amtrak.
