In Shelby Farms they are letting the grass grow high
Edited on Sun May-17-09 08:47 PM by Celebration
And.....it is PINK. Here are my photographic efforts capturing pink grass. Maybe it was the seed that was pink. It was teeny tiny things, very airy overall, which made a mockery of my attempts to get closeups.

Are you tired of pink grass? Here are some gooselings that have gotten a bit older than the last gooselings I posted. They are acting more like their parents, too.

1. 3-4 and 5 are simply awesome to me. I like 6 a lot too. The closer you got to
showing what you saw the more familiar it felt. I think I've seen pink grass before and just did not react properly. You did.
And the babies are growing.
All is good.

2. Pink grass?
That's not normal... I think.

I wouldn't have believed it without a picture.

3. Same here
If I go back in a week it might not be there. It was these airy seed type things. I was so glad I had a camera. But the camera didn't exactly catch the airy quality to it. I had to look at it a long time. If I have seen this in the past I definitely didn't pay attention. But how often do I see just wild grasses anyway?--not very often.
