Guess I'm not done with birds....just like Celebration predicted
I hid out behind a wall of paper, read a book, and set up the tripod and took some portraits of strangers this afternoon, the plant is a bonus.

1. Guess NOT!!
These are really, really terrific pictures, and I can tell you are having a lot of fun. I need to learn your camouflage techniques!!

The blue jay--love it, what a great position, and am still jealous of all the cardinal pics.

Keep it up!! Birds in the backyard are at the very least mildly amusing creatures. At best they are funnier and more entertaining than that.

2. And believe me they keep me out of trouble. Thanks for your good words,
it's getting better because I bought this used tripod, the thing you push to expose (on a cord, and I have no idea what the word is)
and next time I do it I'll take a photo of the hiding out setup, it's comical really.

3. Those first two are gems.
Especially the cardinal. Quite a formal portrait!

Great work!

4. Great shots!
There have been a lot of fantastic shots of birds lately. And with shots like these, it's no wonder that I'm still not bored of them. Great work!
