Some suggestions for online enlargement processing?
There are a lot out there when you Google.

Can anyone recommend a good company for enlargements?

Thanks in advance!

Curt

1. I've used mpix.com
reasonable prices and very fast turnaround. I placed an order for some 20x30 enlargements mounted on foam on a thursday morning and had the order delivered Friday afternoon. They also have a flat rate for shipping no matter the size of the order.

2. I really like Mpix too
very fast turnaround time and when I printed some of the auto show shots on the metallic paper it brought them to a whole other level.

5. I saw examples of the metallic on their site.
Do these make things just pop out/stand out or what? It sounds interesting.

6. I wouldn't use it for any application
but as I said I did use it for my car show shots and where a normal print gives you the color of the car the metallic paper actually gives the car some depth like you are actually looking at a paint sample. I tried it on a portrait for the hell of it and it looked unnatural and not in an artistically good way.

3. Mounted on foam?
Then framed or what. Sorry to be dense.

4. Not framed . . .
. . . but frame ready. In retrospect (after checking out framing prices locally) I'd probably have MPIX do the framing.
