Not happy with BTK coverage as it satisfies that murdering SOB... |
|
but Rita Cosby does'nt deserve to be called worse than him, she's not, no one is, even Limpballs. (It took a lot out of me to say that about Limpballs!) :puke:
Please, let's not let our dislike for tabloid journalism lead us into making invidious comparisons.:)

1. For me the question is |
|
does the reporter report the story as it is, or get in the way of it?
In Rita's case, I think her presence just makes things worse. By devoting an entire show to just this topic, she adds to the "sensationalism" of the story, and in my opinion, makes things worse, not better. I have yet to hear her report anything which makes me say "Hmmm...I never thought of it that way."
If MSNBC is serious about covering this story, then why didn't they put Dan Abrams on it? He's the one who's been regulated to courtroom matters. Rita's busy trying to make a name for herself.

2. Oh, he's done some work on it too. |

I was listening to him a bit on XM on the way home. But you know what...he wouldn't describe what the man (if one can call him a man) did in the courtroom today. Whereas Rita Skeeter will probably describe it all in graphic detail.
