Anyway, the transcript is a seeming smorgasbord of Limbaugh vices -- callousness, misanthropy, insensitivity, ignorance, etc. He makes cheap shots at Natalee Holloway AND invokes Vietnam. And for this this piece of filth makes millions per year?
