There have, unfortunately, been two deaths due to people having trees fall on them -- one in a car, one outside his house. That's awful.

We're fine, but an overpass under construction collapsed in SW Miami and there are a few overturned trucks and many downed trees. So far we still have power, but no cable. Some rain came up and underneath the windows leaving lots of wet towels. Overall, no major discomfort. Counting myself among the lucky ones.
