Wow! I think I've just had my longest thread EVER
at least in GD as opposed to here!

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=104x4464369

Of course it's been majorly threadjacked by the homeopathic wars, which was not the point, but I'm kinda stoked that ANYTHING I have written has stayed active (in GD, no less!) for this long. :woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

2. well, I think there were originally some cuffs
but after you add so much water, there's only a memory of cuffs, and it's just not the same...

4. LOL!
 Good one.

You know, I only just realized that I have spent most of that thread arguing in favor of a form of medical treatment that involves GETTING PINS STUCK INTO YOURSELF. (Or maybe, getting hot incense burned on your skin.) In the wider context of cuffs, that's kind of funny.

5. yes, but you're doing it to get
surcease from pain. That's not what you usually get from the cuffs...

or

is

it?

:scared:

3. I saw. It started off well. I'm sorry you got threadjacked by
the homeopathic crowd, but the term is used confusingly, especially in Europe apparently. One of my German in-laws told me she was studying homeopathic medicine and I thought she was going all out for the woo-woo dilute 1-bajillion times which seemed very odd given her background but she's actually studying herbal medicine.

6. Yeah, that's kind of what I was trying to clear up simply by posting that.
Words, words, it seems my entire LIFE revolves around carefully defining words. It's amazing what kind of trouble you can get into if you don't.

9. Only in my spare time.
At work, I prefer to avoid trouble as much as possible. :P

11. only because getting into trouble at work means you have to
stay late, which takes away from the time available for getting into trouble elsewhere...
