I refuse to watch the Dauphin's speech. KO was superb tonight, he is extra cute when he is pissed, and he is plenty pissed at Mr. Bush.

He must have mentioned the stupid blivet/Chevron photo op at least three or four times. You go Keef. Even had Tweety on to give some mild (way too mild) scolding of His Fraudulency.

I've been sending KO at least 5 heads-up news items everyday. It makes me feel so much better to know there is someone out there in the media that is actually reading this stuff, paying attention, and reporting it. Glad he covered the Darth Cheney story about making sure the gas pipeline electricity was turned back on at the expense of the hospital getting their's up. These people don't have a 'how low can you go' bottom do they?

Today I sent KO the story about the lady whose image was shown everywhere in the first few days after Katrina, holding her listless baby in front of the Convention center, and speaking with anguish about how hard it was to rouse him, he was so hot and dehydrated. I saw the post that the baby had died. I cried for hours after reading that one, also kept thinking about those three triplets they showed, also at the Convention Center I think, and whether or not they were ok. I really can't watch * talk, I feel at this point with all that's happened, that I am inviting pure evil into my home when his filthy image comes on the screen.

I didn't even check to see if the story had been corroborated, just sent it to Keith, trusting that he'll check it out and only report it if it's the truth. It's great to have him out there.

Congrats on the 20K posts ladies. I haven't been posting a lot lately (those stairs), but it's nice to know I've contributed to the KOEB success story. That's a whole lot of estrogen.

Looks as if Keith taped just enough stuff to intro Norah O'Donnell's segments so that he could cut out before Chimpy's speech was done. Norah stuck around long enough to tape a post-interview with Fineman and (I presume) one with Tweety that they will show at the end. Unless Keith did that one, but if Norah did the first, I doubt it. I have a feeling she did it for a reason, that reason being Keith didn't stick around long enough like he did last time Chimpy made a speech and they changed the midnight re-air accordingly.

And of course, the rest of the show is taped Keith from the early show.
