Folks, Alison may really be going places. |

Read all about it on TVNewser: several of the folks on the JetBlue plane were NBC Universal execs returning from a meeting in Burbank. When things began to get weird in the air, they turned on MSNBC to learn more...and that was how they learned about the problem with their landing gear. Before that, they were just circling in the air and the pilot had not even told them why.
In other words, the girl didn't just have an audience (of more than 2 million viewers on the ground, by the way--for comparison, Nancy Grace got about 400,000)--she had an audience IN THE AIR. An audience with guys from her network in it.
Hey. at the very least, she should escape the swinging of the great Layoff Scythe!
As for Keith, this may be one time when his love of baseball has sadly cost him a moment. Oh well, at least it didn't cost anyone their lives. That's what really matters.

1. And Keith's big enough to give her the credit, too. |

I'm sure he's the first one in line to offer her congratulations for a job very well done.

And if you can't escape being laid off when your company's chief financial officer is watching you during your finest hour...then sheesh!
Give that girl a raise!
