4. SHE WENT BACK UNDER THE HOUSE! |
|
:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
She was walking around unhappy this morning, just crying crying crying, and I couldn't figure out what was wrong-- made sure she knew where her food was, petted her, etc., then finally I decided to just let her alone. And so she braved my brother's room (where the dog is); she opened the door to his bedroom, opened the door to the bathroom, and BAM! She's vanished again.
I have to go through all of this again!!!!!

5. do you think she's not reacting well to the presence of your |
|
brother? Some cats are skittish about having their environments changed.

That's got to be it. Unfortunately there's not much I can do about it. I ordered some "Feliway" online and hopefully that will get here today. If that doesn't work I'll take her to the vet and get her some kitty xanax. :D

7. if the Xanax doesn't work on the cat, I suppose |
|
you could always take it yourself. Is your brother just visiting or staying with you long-term?

It's nice to have someone around. I mean, I was living by myself in a three bedroom house, so it's no skin off my nose. But things are a bit chaotic right now-- transitions.
I also hope this isn't going to be much more than a stopgap for him while he's jobhunting. I can put up with anything for six months, but after that, it IS going to get kind of old.
