This one is mine and has been with me since I graduated college in 1992.

My family owned a variety.

Mine's still so very healthy to be 13, but has old man problems: he's half blind, half deaf, has an enlarged prostate and overweight. But he's healthy, for the most part. I can't imagine my adulthood without him.

His name is Trooper.

The other one is Snap. She's my son's dog. Rescued from the pound after the loss of another doggie, Blue, who many here know and know how awful that time was for me. She's a handful, but is slowly growing out of it.

I have two cocker spaniels- they are named for bays- one is Chesapeake, and the other is Monterey.
We call them the "Bay Boys"

They are 14 yrs old, and declining too. I wish aging wasn't so brutal (for human too come to think of it).
They are the loves of my life! Cockers are such sweeties.
