After I posted that I thought about it. All-girl Twister isn't fun, but it does attract guys. :)

3. Hey, Pats
My daughter and I just finished watching a movie I had never heard of -- "Playing by Heart." It was really good and had a great cast. John Stewart was even in it. It was made in 1998.

Now I'm bored, too. Too bad you don't live closer. We could meet for cawfee.

4. I'd love that
We went to the Marlins game (they lost bad) now Hubby's asleep, and he's left me with some X-Games thing on the TV which I'm too lazy to get up and change. Maybe I should. :)

I've never heard of that movie. I'll look it up.

Hi, Shar!

5. I was just getting caught up on the blogs
I didn't realize the mattress blog was still going -- it's such a hoot!

The Tigers pulled it out in the 9th on a Pudge Rodriguez homer with a man on. We were down 3-2. Last night they pulled it out in the 8th after being behind all of the game. They were down 5-0 early. They're so good this year, they're scary.

I should go to bed soon. I need to be at Nancy's at 10 tomorrow morning to go canvassing again and it's supposed to be back up to 90. Guess my grocery shopping will have to wait until later in the day or Monday after work.

7. The Cards ended their 8 game losing streak...
by beating the Brewers 4 to 3 Saturday. Hallelujah! Edmonds made one of his 'how'd he do that?' catches and Sir Albert got his 34th home run. Maybe they can keep it up from here on out especially since Mulder may be coming off the DL pretty soon. He's going to exciting Davenport, Iowa to play a rehab AAA game tomorrow. The announcers were enthusing over the minor league stadium there and all I could think is 'too bad Davenport is'nt as nice'.

Go Cards! :hi: KO:loveya:

"And so to bed." Samuel Pepys
