1. Why can't it be chartreuse?
Why can't states be Red and Chartreuse? Blue is so, so male. And it would be fun to watch red-staters butcher the spelling of chartreuse.

2. Nah, they'd just misname it puce
because the biased arsewipes could do a lot with that word.

4. But that's a red-brown color. However, it would be fun if the
sElection race included Chartreuse states vs. Puce states. Maybe the red states should be referred to as puce states as a matter of form anyway. Puce means flea-colored (just looked it up). If the shoe fits…

3. Chartreuse is green..... and puce is purple
I prefer Periwinkle.. it's got a nice feminine ring and it's still technically blue.

5. Good choice, but the old Crayola Cornflower (blue) could garner
the Plains states.

10. I'm a "red-stater" and I can spell.
I also don't vote for Republicans.

Please call them red-voters.

Remember that the Electoral College is winner take all and doesn't represent the 42 percent in my state who didn't vote against their interests.

21. I vote Rhapsody in Blue for the blue color's soundtrack.
I also like Black and Blue for the People of Color vote, My Blue Heaven for the Religious vote, Blue Skies for the Ecology vote, and Pete Kelly's Blues for the Law and Order vote.

FYI note: This music is all from the first half of the 20th century.
