YOWZA! Scarborough opens fire on the GOP...

Who cares if GOP loses Congress?

By Joe Scarborough

Who really cares if Republicans lose Congress? Certainly not GOP leaders in the US House.

As the Wall Street Journal reported, the Republican pigs running Congress are wasting more money than those big-spending Democrats ever did.

(snip)

A decade later, Republicans have given America the biggest deficit ever. The biggest debt ever. The biggest trade gap ever. The highest spending increases ever. A 110% increase in the education bureaucracy. A 100% increase in the Justice bureaucracy. An 88% increase in the Department of HHS. More pork projects than ever before. More earmarks than ever before. More reckless spending projects than ever before. A bigger, more wasteful government than ever before.

Why the hell should conservatives work to put these whores back in their perches of power?

9. yes
all it took was a war based on lies, tens of thousands people killed, people tortured, our constitution being used as toilet paper, the loss of the WTC towers, the loss of the city of New Orleans, a trashed economy, the loss of respect of the entire world, JAYSUS I could go on and on........

4. Joe Scarborough just called the GOP congress whores
Whoa, something is about to break I tell you, something is a coming down. First, they said that
30% of those at GITMO are innocent and should be released, then they said they will draw down
the Iraq troops by 30,000 and we FINALLY have maybe, pretty please some action from Fitzgerald
since his indictment of Scooter Libbey last October and I forgot about the 8 generals speaking
out.

21. He's a Conservative as opposed to a Republican I would reckon
Paleo vs neo con.

He along with people like Pat Buchannan and Newt and other Reagan Republicans are finally realizing that neocons could give a shit about fiscal conservatism.

Plus he was a Rep from Florida, and Katrina woke him the fuck up.

7. Why do you think Delay gave up his job without a fight?
Cause he's still gonna get paid in some form or fashion as a lobbyist down the line. He could care less about serving the best interest of his district. He dropped out to save his party the embarrassment..His party! When are Americans gonna wake up and realize these politicians are in it for themselves? Maybe those coming November?

11. The one thing that I disagree with in the article
Edited on Wed Apr-26-06 04:39 PM by Horse with no Name
"until Denny Hastert passes the Speaker's gavel to Nancy Pelosi"

It is going to take a wench truck to pry that gavel out of his hands. I wouldn't be surprised to see the pubis start a game of keep-away--throwing it over her head, etc. Of course, they will probably ask the SCOTUS to intervene with a ruling on the winner of keep-away.
This isn't going to be a pretty sight--funny to be sure, but not pretty.

12. But but but but but but etc. etc. etc...........
The Republicans had to deal with the recession that Clinton left and then 9/11 happened on Clinton's watch, which led to George W. Bush rising up out of the ruins to take care of Murika. 9/11 changed everything ya know, and the Democrats weren't willing to smoke'em out, hunt'em down, and fight'em over there, so we don't have to fight'em here. The Democrats forced Republicans to do it.:sarcasm: :sarcasm: :sarcasm: :sarcasm:

17. The real story...
Joe Scarborough is an paleo-con, like Pat Buchanan, and Lou Dobbs. They are who I like to call "normal" Republicans (well at least they shouldn't be put in an insane asylum.) They actually believe in something, it is wrong, but they still believe it. The new little jerks in that party are God Commies (no jab at socialism, these Republicans just use the same zombie party-line tactics), and they are destroying this nation. They just want power. If they could get power another way they would do it.

This might sound strange, and I know it is, but we need to work with the paleo-cons to bring America back. They're the only people who can help us now, because they can point out the un-American stuff the President is doing and not be written off. We are not supposed to like Republicans, so the people in our country who don't understand politics just blow our criticism off. They will listen to the real Republicans because they are supposed to like the zombies.

What George Bush is doing is un-patriotic and un-American is every sense. He is now the center of our political system. We dislike everything he does, and all the zombies follow him blindly. Everything is about him. He has centralized some power and continues to centralize even more. He is destroying our country, there is no doubt about that.

We have to put aside our differences with the old-Republican guard because we won't have a nation to disagree with each other, if we don't. We all believe in America, and the American spirit. We believe in dignity. We believe in freedom and liberty. We agree that we should be able to disagree. Someday, all of that could be gone if we do not act. Later will be too late.
