Are we really supposed to believe that Alito |
|
can remember every little detail of every case being thrown at him, but doesn't remember anything about CAP? I realize that he's been in prep sessions ever since his named was announced, so it makes sense that he'd be up on the cases. Surely, they saw the CAP problem coming. Did they think that we would just say "Oh, he doesn't remember being part of that horrid organization, so it's OK." ????

2. No, we're not actually supposed to believe it... |
|
...they just need it on the record so they can rubber stamp the lying bastards nomination.

3. Do you think that they will? |

I smell a filibuster! I thought Sen. Specter was going smack Sen. Kennedy with his gavel over the request for a subpoena.

4. It's just part of that amnesia outbreak in D.C. ... |
|
... which seems to be contagious.
Alito can't remember his past associations with organizations, and no one in Washington can remember being 'best pals' with Abramoff, Scanlon or DeLay ...
