I did not judge this man. The jury did. If they believe in God the way I do, I hope they sought His guidance. If not, I hope that they dug into their soul or whatever they do. The Moussaoui case was about culpability/conspiracy for 9/11 and IMO the jury did the right thing! BushCo didn't strike while the iron was hot to catch Bid Laden,in which case he'd have had his scapegoat; in fact, orders were given that actually allowed him to escape military capture which seems to explain a lot to me...like OBL wasn't the "decider" of the deed either, just a facilitator for the Neo-cons/Rapturists, perpetrators yet to be outed, tried, and convicted. That's where the beef should be, IMO, and it isn't yet resolved to America's satisfaction. I demand satisfaction! Some one has to know and have lied BIG TIME! My Pet Goat, my billy-goat's butt! investigation of substance is never to be coming...but, a mental case that was tossed out of al'Qaeda because he was "too" crazy, ( :wtf: ) gets life and Screamin' Joe see's a problem. I just don't get it.

Let's say that Batshit Crazy Joe was indicted in the death of the intern...would he be screaming about how great the DP is if he was facing it??? Methinks he would be crying all over the place and suddenly find out just how beneficial the ACLU is...(like Limbaugh did)!

What Screamin' Joe fails to realize, is that the Jury has spoken, and a somewhat wise decision considering the circumstances...why would anyone want to kill Moussaui and make his dream come true, becoming a martyr to boot? This way, getting life, he will rot in prison, (unless he gets killed by another inmate), and he will be effectively silenced...left to languish let's say for 30-40 years...I think that is a fate that is far more frightening to him than the death he desires.

He has left the world stage w/a whimper...something he cannot handle, and that is fine by me.

Now if Screamin' Joe would follow suit, (a whimper from him?), this would be a better world...:)
