1. There's a difference between information and spin.

The information they're providing is valuable. The panic they're trying to create isn't.

There's no reason to panic over H5N1, but it's dangerous to simply discount it, too. Odds overwhelmingly support the contention that we will experience another pandemic, whether it's H5N1 or not. Don't get so wrapped up in the "evil media" thing that you throw away useful information.

Don't panic, stay informed, prepare.

2. The M$M keeps using the word "pandemic". It's about fear (and distraction)

Let the hospitals and such be prepared but parading article after article about it before the public to instill fear and panic is ridiculous.

Why do you expect anything more rational from the Corporate Media?
