Is There A "Smoking Gun" The Dems Have With Alito & CAP?

It seems to me that it can't be that hard to do a "Gotcha!" on Alito with these stupid denials about not knowing about this CAP organization -- and with Kennedy et al hammering him away to the point that Mrs. A. broke down (what a weird scene - just saw it on CNN), it makes me wonder if they know something.

I mean, couldn't there be a couple of people who were at meetings that Alito attended that were flipped? Or a ghostwritten article or check stub that would clearly show he's been lying about his involvement with the group?

There may be a way to use the existence of CAP to nail him by association and by inference, but an actual person or piece of paper would be so much better because it might force a resignation. Heck, it can even be to "be with the family" at this point.

So who here thinks the Dems might have something up their sleeve? (At least something beyond another speech -- SHUT UP, BIDEN!)

1. I do and I was hoping to see it today.

They asked for more time tomorrow and Feingold is ONE of the Senators who asked for more time. I so hope he has some powerful garbage on this guy.
